We are in search of a highly proficient and experienced Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operations of Marketing department.
  • Achieve the company's revenue goals and objectives.
  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they are aligned with the business objectives.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messages to attract the prospective customers and retain existing one.
  • Create lead generation programs to grow target market, with a heavy focus on developing inbound marketing through SEO/SEM.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like email campaings, web pages, events and promotional material).
  • Monitor an advertisement on various platforms keeping the business vision aligned.
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular management reports, emphasizing insights and recommendations for enhancement.Ensure that the website, promotional material and marketing campaign strategies are updated on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Marketing department.
  • Remain current with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the context of service-oriented businesses and international campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven expertise in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and comprehensive paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Profound understanding of the challenges specific to service-based businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing international paid campaigns, particularly in the UAE, UK and USA markets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, discern trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Current knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adeptness at collaborative teamwork and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is highly advantageous.
