Legal Affairs Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Affairs Executive to manage the organization’s legal aspects related to tenders, contracts, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate legal affairs, with a strong understanding of tender documentation, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:
- Review, draft, and finalize tender documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the procurement and business development teams during the tender process.
- Mitigate legal risks in tender submissions and provide advice on bid strategies.
Contract Management:
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure all contracts align with company policies and legal frameworks.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Legal Compliance:
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry and ensure company compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of legal documents, including tender submissions and contract archives.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in contracts and tender processes and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
- Address and resolve legal disputes related to tenders or contracts in coordination with external legal advisors
