Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We are looking for motivated and passionate Ecommerce Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with six months to one year of hands-on experience working within ecommerce marketplaces who want to advance their careers in the ecommerce industry. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock information regularly to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- Handle order processing and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor account health and overall marketplace performance on a basic level.
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance product listings and promotional materials.
- Manage customer queries and respond promptly and professionally to marketplace messages.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at boosting sales.

Required Qualifications
- Six months to one year of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of Seller Central or similar ecommerce management platforms.
- Understanding of product listing techniques and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and proficiency in spreadsheet use for data management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Quick learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
