The Social Media Marketing Agent is responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns to promote products, services and awareness. They will utilize various social media platforms to engage with the target audience, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image,  posts.
  • Manage social media accounts and communities, including but not limited to Facebook and instagram..
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, industry standards, and platform updates to maximize organic reach and .
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results is plus .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity..
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools, such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and address.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying updated with the latest industry developments.
