As an eBay Expert at Ecomdao, you will be responsible for managing our eBay accounts to ensure a seamless and profitable online store. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on eBay.
- Research, source, and list new products with a focus on profitability.
- Implement effective pricing and inventory strategies.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with eBay policies and industry trends.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
- Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an eBay Expert or a similar role in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of eBay policies.
- Proficiency in SEO, online marketing, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in e-commerce platform.
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms or marketplaces.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Basic web design principles.
