As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources activities, including:
Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions.
Onboarding: Managing the new employee onboarding process.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
