Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  2. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and update the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
  3. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups:

    • Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and other marketing channels.
    • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and current information.
    • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients through email, phone calls, or other communication methods.
    • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and managing lead pipelines.
  4. Marketing Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
    • Support event planning and coordination for webinars, workshops, or other marketing events.
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
    • Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and assist in preparing meeting materials.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or marketing environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality Traits: Professional demeanor, positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in lead generation.
