REGIONAL Manager - Retail Development

Echo Oil Pvt Ltd is seeking a Regional Manager for Retail Development to oversee and drive the expansion of the retail network in the northern region, based in Islamabad. This role requires a dynamic leader with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, combined with 8 years of experience in retail and business development within an Oil Marketing Company environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of five professionals, managing all aspects of retail development from strategy formulation to execution while ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards. The successful Regional Manager will champion retail expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project budgets and timelines. The role demands strategic coordination with internal units and external partners including government authorities and business collaborators. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive retail network expansion strategies aligned with company objectives for the northern region.
Lead, mentor, and manage a regional retail development team of five, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and compliance with policies and regulations to ensure successful project completion.
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities including competitor site conversion for strategic expansion.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government authorities and business partners to facilitate business operations and compliance.
Coordinate efforts and communication across internal departments and with external stakeholders to optimize project delivery and network expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies for retail development and enhance market position.
Prepare reports and presentations on network performance, project status, and growth opportunities for senior management.
Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication of all retail development activities and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional retail operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
