AREA MANAGER -B2B Sales

Candidates should hold at least three years of managerial experience within sectors such as OMC, FMCG, Energy, or closely related industries. The Area Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring corporate and institutional clients, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term professional relationships. This position requires active participation in public and private sector tenders and ensures full compliance with company policies and agreements. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a critical role in driving corporate sales strategies and achieving significant business growth targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets across designated regions.

Identify prospective corporate and institutional clients through market research, networking, and business development activities to expand the companys client base.

Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts by understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions.

Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing packages tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal terms for the company.

Participate actively in the preparation and submission of bids and tenders for public and private sector projects to secure new business opportunities.

Monitor and ensure adherence to all company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements to maintain compliance and protect business interests.

Generate accurate sales forecasts, performance analyses, and regular reports to inform senior management and support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client demands and market challenges, enhancing overall business efficiency.
