Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO to plan and execute operational strategies that support company objectives and revenue growth.
Lead and manage a team of 10 employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Monitor team performance using key performance metrics and implement improvement plans as needed.
Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting plans to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows and effective communication.
Utilize ERP systems to track operations, generate reports, and support data-driven decision making.
Analyze operational data to uncover trends, forecast potential challenges, and propose strategic solutions.
Encourage innovation by suggesting new ideas and approaches to increase revenue and market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all operational areas.
Provide regular updates to senior management on operational status, challenges, and achievements.
