Architect

Ebaad Tech is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of professional experience in architecture, demonstrating expertise in design development and project execution. The Architect will lead a team of five professionals, overseeing the complete lifecycle of architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong skills in Building Information Modeling, Project Management, and Construction Documentation to deliver innovative and practical design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.

The Architect actively collaborates with clients and contractors, ensuring effective coordination and communication throughout all project phases. Responsibilities include site analysis, cost estimation, and project scheduling to guarantee timely and cost-effective project delivery. Having a personal vehicle is preferred, and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Lead architectural design projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage a team of five architecture professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Develop detailed Building Information Models and 3D models to support design visualization and coordination.
Prepare and review comprehensive construction documentation to facilitate accurate project execution.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Conduct site analyses to assess environmental and contextual factors influencing design decisions.
Estimate project costs and prepare budgets to support financial planning and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain project schedules to track progress and meet critical deadlines.
Implement project management practices to monitor quality, mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements to enhance project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national regulations throughout the design and construction process.
