This role requires a creative and engaging individual with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brands awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (text, images, videos) across all relevant platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and address any customer inquiries.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic) and generate reports.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Identify and explore new opportunities for social media growth and engagement.
Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns (if applicable).
Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique audiences.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing
Experience with social media listening and crisis management
Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
