Job Requirements:

  1. Familiar with the maintenance of extrusion machine, can solve the common problems of equipment and its supporting equipment independently, and can independently install, unload, and adjust the machine; more than three years of experience in extruding machine equipment operation.
  2. Familiar with PVC sheet extrusion process.
  3. Knowledge of extruders and supporting molds for extruders.
  4. Have a good sense of teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of extruders and related auxiliary equipment.
  2. According to the requirements of the company's system, fill in the production records truthfully.
  3. Responsible for the start-up (equipment operation) of the extruder and supporting auxiliary machines, and implement the extrusion process given by the superior to ensure product quality and stable operation of production.
  4. Analyze and solve production abnormalities and product defects to improve product quality.
  5. Installation, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance of supporting molds for extrusion machines.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
