Responsibilities

Manage stock levels and maintain comprehensive inventory records to ensure accurate tracking of all items.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity and quality before proper storage.
Organize and store products in designated areas to maintain order and accessibility.
Maintain updated documentation and reports related to stock availability, purchases, and issues.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and other departments to align inventory with operational requirements.
Perform regular stock counts and audits to detect discrepancies and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure that stock is replenished promptly to meet company demands without overstocking.
Utilize MS Office software to prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
