Easetalent is seeking a motivated and experienced Education Counsellor to join its dynamic team in Lahore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding students and their families through the complex process of choosing international education opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage outbound communications effectively, assess students' academic backgrounds, and provide insightful advice on suitable study programs in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, the USA, and Europe. The Education Counsellor will ensure a seamless admission process by offering dedicated support and comprehensive guidance from initial enquiry through to final enrollment.
The candidate will use their expertise to build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring personalized service that meets the diverse needs of each applicant. With a focus on meeting monthly enrollment targets and maintaining accurate documentation, the Education Counsellor contributes to the companys mission of connecting exceptional talent with the right educational opportunities. Responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to prospective students to generate leads and build interest in international education programs.
- Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions with students and parents to assess academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Recommend appropriate universities and programs based on students' academic profiles and preferences.
- Guide students through the entire admission process including application submission, documentation, and visa procedures.
- Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets through effective lead management and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all student interactions, counseling sessions, and follow-up activities.
- Stay continually updated on changes in university programs, admission criteria, and visa regulations across major study abroad destinations.
- Develop strong relationships of trust with students and their families to address concerns and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely admission experience.
- Utilize educational software and data analysis techniques to track student progress and optimize counseling strategies.
