We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our talent acquisition process by handling the influx of candidates, from identifying potential hires to scheduling their interviews with the hiring managers.

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist's responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ultimately play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.

TALENT ACQUISITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conducting basic screening interviews on incoming resumes and application forms over the phone or in person.
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, and other recruiting websites like indeed, and LinkedIn. 
  • Going above and beyond to Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels like social media.
