We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager and oversee various aspects of project execution, client communication, and team management. This is a full time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met
Create and draft proposals for clients
Handle client communication, including email management
Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings
Oversee team workflow and assist with task delegation
Utilize project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Maintain organized records and track project progress

Qualifications:

3+ years of project management and client-facing experience
Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
