- Gather, assess, and understand customer requirements, both from a business and technical perspective.
- Design effective solutions with client-focused thinking and a strong combination of technical and business relevance.
- Provide network solution design and consulting to customers and to in-house teams such as Presales, Salesperson, Installation, and service teams.
- Provide networking products/solutions demonstration and Proof-of-concept (PoC).
- Create a trusted technical advisor relationship with customers and internal teams.
- Lead meetings and present the network infrastructure solution design to prospective customers.
- Develop solution architecture, detailed equipment lists, build presentations, review and respond to TOR/REF/RFI documents.
- Work with local distributors to deliver solutions to customers.
