We're seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
2. Create high-quality, engaging content ( graphics, videos, captions) that resonates with our target audience.
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.
4. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic) and adjust the strategy accordingly.
5. Collaborate with the content team to develop social media content that aligns with the company's overall content strategy.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
Nice to Have
1. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
2. Knowledge of web development and thoroughly maintaining a website.
3. Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search.
4. Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud).
