Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team! If you love pets and are skilled at creating engaging content, this role is perfect for you. You'll help us raise brand awareness, build trust with our customers, and boost sales through exciting and interactive social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok tailored to our audience of young pet owners in Pakistan.
Create visually appealing and engaging graphic posts, reels, videos, and stories using a phone or laptop.
Edit videos to align with brand aesthetics and current social media trends.
Plan and post content consistently to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.
Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Track and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and video editing software/apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
A strong understanding of social media trends, particularly in the pet industry or e-commerce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
A passion for pets is highly desirable!
