We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team. This is an office-based job, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience on our eBay store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through eBay, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve issues related to products, shipping, and transactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders and provide regular updates on shipment and delivery status.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with eBay’s policies.
  • Monitor and manage eBay feedback, taking steps to resolve any negative feedback and maintain a high seller rating.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate product listings and seamless order fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about eBay policies and ensure all communications comply with platform standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within an e-commerce or dropshipping environment.
  • Solid understanding of eBay’s platform and policies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic knowledge of order processing, shipping procedures, and inventory management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in eBay dropshipping or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or eBay management tools.
