Responsibilities

Manage and support the daily operations for customers of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Supervise and guide a team of two IT staff members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Oversee management of new and existing IT contracts, ensuring compliance with company requirements and vendor agreements.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes, contracts, and infrastructure configurations.
