Durable Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet our company's targets while identifying and establishing relationships with both new and existing clients in the security equipment market. This pivotal position requires strong communication skills and technical understanding to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will also collaborate closely with our marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns and ensure smooth operations in the sales process. With a focus on maintaining strong client relationships, you will monitor market trends and competitive activity, positioning Durable Technologies for ongoing success in the industry. This role includes managing a team of 10 individuals, and providing leadership and guidance to achieve collective goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify, build, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients within the security equipment market to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Present and effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of security equipment to potential customers, showcasing its value and applications.
  • Maintain strong communication and rapport with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships through excellent customer service and responsiveness.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to management on a regular basis, detailing performance metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and evaluate innovative promotional campaigns, aligning sales and marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 sales personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Develop ongoing training programs to ensure the sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Engage in networking activities and industry events to raise brand awareness and generate leads for the company.
