The Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance at Dukan plays a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting processes to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to aid in strategic decision-making for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage the timely filing of all necessary tax documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Facilitate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes through the implementation of best practices.
