Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients interested in final expense life insurance products.
- Establish rapport and trust with clients, tailoring insurance solutions to their individual needs.
- Clearly and concisely explain policy features, benefits, and premiums.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with final expense life insurance products is advantageous.
- Comfortable with night shift hours.
