Responsibilities:

Find platform documentation to identify and extract public APIs or webhooks into our platform as data sources.
Maintain extensive documentation and handbooks containing integration information.
Thoroughly test public APIs to ensure reliability and functionality.
Configure webhooks to facilitate communication with external platforms.
Help design and implement complex use cases for customers leveraging our platform.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal team.
Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration challenges.
Possess basic knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in API integration, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
Strong understanding of REST APIs,graphQL APIs and webhooks.
Basic coding knowledge in Node.js or equivalent programming languages.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication protocols.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
