Responsibilities:
- Find platform documentation to identify and extract public APIs or webhooks into our platform as data sources.
- Maintain extensive documentation and handbooks containing integration information.
- Thoroughly test public APIs to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Configure webhooks to facilitate communication with external platforms.
- Help design and implement complex use cases for customers leveraging our platform.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal team.
- Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration challenges.
- Possess basic knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in API integration, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs,graphQL APIs and webhooks.
- Basic coding knowledge in Node.js or equivalent programming languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
