We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Pakistan to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and managing engineering talent from Pakistan to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in tech roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and engage with qualified engineering candidates.

- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and key skills required for various engineering positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
