Job Description:

A non-profit organization, based in Bahria Town Islamabad and operating all over the country, is seeking the services of an efficient person with preferably MBBS/post-graduation in public health (MPH/MSPH) or equivalent to manage the project, contribute to and support the training. Minimum 08 years of experience in planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of Public Health Programs/Projects is mandatory. Computer skills particularly working on MS Office are needed. Data management, analysis, presentation, and report writing along with good communication skills, both written and verbal are highly desired. The job requires extensive traveling across Pakistan. The incumbent will coordinate with Departments of Health, Provincial TB Control Programs, Private partners, and other relevant stakeholders in TB Control & DRAP. The specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Project Management

  • Coordinate with the internal resources and stakeholders for the flawless execution of the project
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on time, within the scope, timelines, and budget
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting

Planning of Training

  • Map out training strategies and assist the office with the building of training plans and schedules for all types of training
  • Design and develop training agendas and materials and ensure consistency of the training sessions with the objectives of an organization
  • Coordinate with partners and training beneficiaries
  • Contribute to the choosing of appropriate training methods and materials

Management of Training

  • Plan and deliver all in-person training, virtual training, and conference calls, which includes, but is not limited to, writing training curriculum and guides and preparing engaging presentations
  • Facilitate all the training to achieve the objectives
  • Monitoring and Evaluation of Training
  • Develop and conduct pre-training needs assessments
  • Maintain training attendance, rosters, records, and facilitator/attendee training material
  • Use questionnaires and evaluation forms to track participants' satisfaction levels with the training program, training content and the trainers
  • Ensure appropriate monitoring, documentation, and evaluation of the training activities

Reporting Responsibilities

  • Draft high-quality training workshop reports, and presentations, taking minutes during meetings and updates as per donor’s requirements
  • Keep up to date on donor reporting requirements and communicate changes to Programme staff as and when required and appropriate
  • Document the learning as shared in different forums or highlighted during the course of the training

Other Position-Specific Responsibilities

Coordinate regular assessments and assist project staff to maintain quality assurance Conduct post-training assessments to ensure training quality
