As a Business Development Executive at Dolphin Analytics, you will generate leads on Upwork and ensure smooth project transfers by communicating client requirements to our Data Science team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Online bidding expert on Upwork.
Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals.
Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
Lead generation that results in sales from.
Daily communication with clients.
Maintain a very high rating on Upwork. This is very important for us.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.

Requirements:

Strong Negotiation Skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Proactive in embracing new challenges.
Creating targeted leads up to $3k - $10k.
Must have high energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.
Proven track record of sales target achievement in different Tech stacks.
