Job responsibilities include:

  • Customers order confirmation calls
  • Abandoned checkout calls
  • Return parcel calls and have ability to lower the return rate of parcels 
  • Manage entire social media messages
  • Contact/ Deal and negotiate with influencers make contract for them and build relationship with influencers 
  • Content writing

Whole customer service will be managed by the person the aim is to keep customers happy and satisfy

Must have grip on English and speak, read and write.
