Dispatch Controller & Customer Service Representative

KAC Minicabs is looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented female Dispatch Controller & Customer Service Representative to join their team for an evening shift. This full-time, on-site role is based at the Rawalpindi location on Adyala Road and operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing taxi bookings, coordinating with drivers, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth and timely taxi operations. The position offers a competitive monthly salary and an opportunity to work in a dynamic transport environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage taxi bookings and dispatch jobs to drivers using the iCabbi dispatch system. Allocate and coordinate jobs efficiently to ensure timely pickups and high-quality service. Handle inbound customer calls related to booking inquiries, fare quotations, and booking amendments. Monitor ongoing bookings and maintain communication with drivers regarding any delays, changes, or special customer requirements. Process payments and send booking confirmations through phone, SMS, and email. Address customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate booking and customer records within the dispatch system. Coordinate with drivers and customers to resolve any issues that arise during journeys. Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the taxi dispatch service.

Required Qualifications
Female candidates are preferred for this position. Previous experience in taxi dispatch, customer service, call center, or transport operations is advantageous. Proficiency with iCabbi or similar taxi dispatch software is highly preferred. Good command of spoken and written English is essential. Excellent telephone and customer service skills are required. Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new software applications. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy working environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Punctual, responsible, and reliable. Availability to work the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 60,000. It is a full-time, on-site position providing a stable and professional working environment.
