Discount Solutions is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will lead the development of our web applications and websites, mentoring junior developers and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of front-end and back-end web applications.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to implement user-friendly websites.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and train junior developers.
- Ensure high performance and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Senior Frontend or Backend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Extensive experience with back-end languages like Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Excellent understanding of web development best practices and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
