• Traditional Pakistani cuisine

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and create diverse menus for our recipe box service.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Collaborate with the team to source premium ingredients.
• Train and manage kitchen staff as needed.
• Innovate and experiment with new dishes while maintaining authenticity in traditional recipes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in top-brand restaurants.
• Expertise in a variety of cuisines: Pakistani, Chinese, Continental, and Mediterranean.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain kitchen operations at an efficient level.
