Executive Assistant

In search of a highly dedicated individual to be an executive assistant that is resourceful, quick learner, on time with deadlines and problem solver that will help with various tasks throughout the business, real estate investments and owner's personal life.

Responsibilities include:

Bookkeeping
Organizing trips (booking flights, hotels, transportation, planning agenda, etc.)
Filling & filing various business documents
Online research (ex: real estate - find & contact top roofers with various quotes for repair)
Coordinating projects to be done at deadline
Customer support with tenants & guests
