Senior Executive - Brand Management

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive for Brand Management with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for building and managing client relationships through calls, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. A strong focus on managing B2B conflict resolution, including legal issues, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute outbound calling strategies to engage potential clients and build relationships.
Focus on customer acquisition through high-volume, quality calls.
Handle B2B conflict resolution, including negotiating legal terms.
Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads and ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) for performance tracking.

Qualifications:

Education: Inter/A Level or equivalent (A Level preferred).
1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer outreach.
Strong verbal communication skills in English (U.S. proficiency required).
Proficiency in Excel for tracking sales performance.
