Machine Learnning Enngineer

Dime Republic is seeking a skilled Machine Learnning Enngineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our innovative technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. They will work closely within a collaborative environment to implement efficient and scalable solutions using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and employ version control practices with tools like Git. As a Machine Learnning Enngineer at Dime Republic, you will be responsible for end-to-end model development, including feature extraction, model evaluation, and validation. You will continuously optimize models to improve performance and reliability. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires proactive communication with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to solve business problems.
Perform thorough data preprocessing, feature engineering, and feature extraction to prepare high-quality datasets for modeling.
Develop, train, and validate models using appropriate evaluation metrics to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Leverage deep learning frameworks, particularly TensorFlow, to build scalable and efficient models.
Maintain version control of code and model artifacts using Git to support collaboration and reproducibility.
Optimize and fine-tune existing models to enhance predictive performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate machine learning solutions into production environments.
Stay current with advances in machine learning techniques and tools, and apply them where appropriate to improve workflows and outcomes.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results comprehensively to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding standards and best practices.
