Full Stack Developer

Dime Republic is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience in web development to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, capable of handling the entire development cycle from designing user interfaces to building server-side logic. This role requires a hands-on developer who can implement responsive and interactive web applications, seamlessly integrate APIs, and ensure the reliability and maintainability of the code through testing and debugging. The developer actively participates in agile workflows to deliver high-quality software on schedule. As a Full Stack Developer at Dime Republic, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the architecture, development, and maintenance of web applications. Your expertise in modern frameworks, asynchronous programming, and frontend build tools will play a vital role in enhancing our products. Without direct team management responsibilities, you will focus on delivering efficient solutions and continuous improvement through best engineering practices including test-driven development and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with clean and readable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal services to enhance application functionality and data exchange.
Implement responsive user interfaces with attention to user experience and performance optimization.
Apply asynchronous programming techniques to improve application responsiveness and scalability.
Collaborate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests to ensure software quality and support test-driven development.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across frontend and backend to ensure seamless operation of applications.
Manage module bundling and frontend build processes using Webpack, Gulp, Parcel, and Rollup to optimize delivery of static assets.
Contribute to code reviews and adhere to best practices regarding coding standards and version control.
Assist in database management tasks to maintain data integrity, schema designs, and query optimization.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies or tools that improve product functionality and developer productivity.
