We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO best practices, and the ability to increase our channel’s visibility, engagement, and subscriber base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and topics for video content.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and views.
- Analyze YouTube Analytics and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure videos are optimized before publishing.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a YouTube SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, SEO practices, and video marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Ahrefs, Google Trends, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing and content creation.
- Understanding of YouTube monetization policies and best practices.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and how it integrates with YouTube SEO.
- Previous experience in a similar industry or niche.
