Digital Move is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions, particularly focused on the USA market. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and source top talent for our organization. You will also lead and mentor a team of 15 recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovative recruitment techniques and enhances overall team performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, along with strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and clients alike. Your expertise in various recruitment tools and familiarity with USA hiring standards will be crucial in successfully placing candidates in onsite roles, contributing to Digital Move's mission to deliver exceptional IT staffing solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Implement recruitment best practices to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including technical assessments, to ensure they meet the requirements for the positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new recruitment opportunities and improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns by leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events to attract diverse candidate pools.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment team, encouraging professional development and skill enhancement within the team.
  • Maintain compliance with USA hiring standards, work visa processes, and employment laws to ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Digital Move's employment opportunities and brand.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make improvements as necessary.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that values diversity and encourages open communication among team members.
