We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the packaging industry. The role involves promoting and selling a diverse range of packaging products to clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as food, beverage, manufacturing, and retail.
- Promote and sell packaging products, including boxes, wraps, containers, and customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns effectively.
- Understand market trends and customer needs to offer competitive and tailored solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and share insights with the team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client visits and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Timing: 9:30 AM-6 PM.
