Digital Baltistan is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in handling data management tasks with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in various databases and computer systems. You will work closely with a team of three persons, collaborating to ensure data integrity and timely completion of assigned projects. This position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent data cleansing abilities to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data. The candidate must be well-organized, focused, and able to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of precision. Digital Baltistan values individuals who can contribute to streamlining processes and maintaining a reliable data environment to support business operations.
Responsibilities

Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and management systems.
Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Perform data cleansing activities to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets.
Collaborate with the team of three to manage workflow and meet project deadlines.
Organize and store paperwork and records digitally to enhance accessibility and retrieval.
Verify source data for accuracy before entry and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Prepare summary reports and data extracts as required for management and departmental use.
Follow company policies and procedures when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Support ongoing improvements in data entry procedures to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
