We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing development team at Digitaiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building, maintaining, and scaling web applications using Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Build and integrate RESTful APIs

Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability

Review and guide junior developers’ code
-
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems
-
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams
-
Maintain applications post-deployment and implement improvements
-
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
-
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
-
Hands-on experience with Rails, ActiveRecord, PostgreSQL/MySQL
-
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
-
Experience with Git / version control systems
-
Knowledge of REST APIs and automated testing tools
-
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
-
Good problem-solving and communication skills
-
Experience with background jobs, Sidekiq, Redis
-
Exposure to AWS or cloud deployments
-
Familiarity with front-end frameworks
-
PUCIT / BSCS graduates preferred
