We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and developing customer relationships in the machinery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Molding Machines, Auxiliary Equipment, Blow Molding Machines, Screw Air Compressors, Molds, and other equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell industrial equipment, including molding and blow molding machines, compressors, and molds.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Technical Support:
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical inquiries and develop optimal solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields) or a related field.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales within the machinery industry is a must.
Skills:
- Sales engineering and business development expertise.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide technical support and handle client inquiries.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
