Responsible for providing support to the Company's sales team by inbound calls to prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. 

Primary duties include calling homeowners in specific areas and conducting a very brief consultation to set an appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect information from supervisors regarding cold/warm calling techniques.
  • Call potential customers.
  • Greet customers as they pick up the phone and introduce yourself and the Company.
  • Provide information regarding the service or product in question.
  • Record all information collected from potential customers.
  • Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated under minimal supervision.
  • Self-directed and ability to generate appointments and build the Company’s brand.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile required.
  • Previous call center/inbound or outbound sales/telephone sales experience highly desired.
  • Proven track record of success (i.e., consistently meeting quota).
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
