Job Duties include:

  • Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Respond to new service inquiries, and complaints and handle other day-to-day processes
  • Attend training and team meetings
  • Work as a team player and assist team members as needed
  • Flexible with different shift timings and working with the team to ensure coverage

Skillset Requirements:

  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
  • Write English without grammatical errors
  • Good typing speed and can learn new systems
  • Is able to manage different shift timings

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 80,000 salary + performance bonuses
