Sales & Service Engineer - Diagnostics Products

Diag-M is seeking a dedicated Sales & Service Engineer specializing in Diagnostics Products to join our dynamic team. The role involves frequent travel to client sites for equipment commissioning and support activities. This individual will leverage their engineering expertise and technical certifications to enhance product performance and ensure compliance with industry standards, thereby driving customer loyalty and company growth.
Responsibilities

Conduct technical troubleshooting and resolve issues related to diagnostic equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation of diagnostic instruments at client locations.
Provide routine and preventive maintenance on diagnostic equipment to enhance reliability and longevity.
Collaborate with customers to comprehend their technical requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
