Accountant

DGTX Services Pvt Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of one year of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role requires maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. The Accountant will work independently without supervising a team but will collaborate with other departments to support the companys financial objectives and maintain transparency in financial operations. The Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the financial health of DGTX Services Pvt Limited by diligently recording and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting standards. Although no formal educational requirements are specified, experience with financial reporting and familiarity with accounting software are essential to perform daily financial tasks and meet regulatory requirements effectively.
Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all entries comply with accounting standards.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor financial performance against budgets.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information for business decisions.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain proper cash flow management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
