We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to join our website design and development agency. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and appointments by making outbound calls to potential clients. Your primary goal is to introduce our services, gauge interest, and schedule consultations for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients based on provided lead lists.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our website design and development services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
- Overcome objections and address client inquiries.
- Schedule consultations or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of website design and development concepts (a plus).
