Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Pre-Production: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Filming: Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage. Ensure proper setup and adjustment of equipment to achieve the best possible results.
  • Editing: Edit raw footage into a polished final product using video editing software. Add effects, graphics, music, and other elements as needed.
  • Post-Production: Ensure final videos are of high quality and meet the intended purpose. Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment. Ensure all gear is in good working condition and organize equipment for shoots.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Creativity: Stay current with video production trends and techniques. Bring new ideas and creative approaches to video projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, clients, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure video content meets the strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experiece required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Creativity: Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of video production.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with clients.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role. A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
  • Education: A degree in film production, cinematography, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
