Devflovv is looking for a proficient and driven ERP Analyst to become an integral part of our vibrant team.

This role holds significant importance in fine-tuning and sustaining our ERP system to elevate our all operations. We are looking for an individual with a comprehensive grasp of ERP (Next By Frappe) systems, adeptness in business processes, and excellent collaborative skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.

The ideal candidate will take charge of configuring, tailoring, and resolving issues within the ERP system to align with the organization's requirements and propel productivity and expansion.

Requirements

Administer, configure, and uphold the ERPNext By Frappe system to ensure peak performance.
Should have hands-on experience on modules such as Accounts, Finance, Assets, CRM, HR and Fleet Management.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
Execute and assess ERPNext By Frappe system updates, patches, and new modules through testing.
Safeguard data integrity and bolster security measures within the ERP system.
Scrutinize existing processes and workflows to pinpoint areas for refinement.
Propose and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and output.
Engage closely with end-users to grasp their needs and translate them into ERP system solutions.
Offer technical support to end-users, resolving system-related issues promptly.
Develop and deliver training initiatives and materials to educate staff on ERP system usage and best practices.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to seamlessly integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as necessary for system integrations or specialized projects.
Maintain thorough documentation of ERP system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices in ERP system management

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementations and support.
Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing) is advantageous.
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
